Custom Work Contracts and inquiries - We enjoy individual ideas and designs and love to build them. However custom projects and customized items must meet our perimeters for work.

We accept all major credit cards. We accept cash in-store for stock items. We do NOT accept personal checks. Large purchases are done under contract with either paid in full or a deposit required.

Intent to steal: If a purchase is processed and the payment is later disputed as a fraudulent charge, DLD will pursue prosecution in the local jurisdiction from where the payment was sent.

We do accept returns on noncustom purchases if contacted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipment unless the item is a damaged return. With a successful return, your refund will be equal to your purchase price minus shipping charges.

We design, build, and ship all items in-house. Processing time varies by item and is given at the time of purchase either on the items page or through communication on custom orders.

Fulfillment Options: Depending on the item your fulfillment options are:

Parcel Shipping: Your purchase is shipped to you via UPS

Pickup: Free pick up in Galion, Ohio. When an order is ready for pickup you will receive pickup instruction

Local Delivery: Items available for local delivery will also be eligible for expert assembly.

LTL shipment: Once your order is placed we will calculate the LTL cost and either send a separate invoice or refund your already purchased LTL transaction to equal the correct LTL shipping cost.

We do NOT sell or give out your personal information. All online payments are carried out by Square and we do not save any payment information.

We are a fully equipped wood shop with knowledgeable craftsmen. Everything we make is hand-crafted by a single individual from start to finish. Products are measured and built within our expert tolerances. The wood we use is milled specifically for DLD with the intent to show natural beauty, dark grains, knots, and overall character.
